The 2022 Official Australian Freestyle Motocross Championship will take place Saturday Dec 3 at the Wagga Speedway Yarragundry. See Australia’s best compete on a purpose built track designed to showcase insane back flipping variations and much more. Expect to see a top field line up of riders including Australia’s Blake Bilko Williams who will return from the USA for the event. The event will take place alongside the Australian Supercross Championships.

The Finale

The 2022 Fox Australian Supercross Championship season Finale will see Australia’s best take on riders from around the world in bar-to-bar supercross action. Expect to see the biggest and best track of the year with over 10,000 tonnes of dirt shaped into a world-class full-size Supercross track. Wagga Speedway will host a special double header format that will feature premier classes race 2 main finals giving fans double the excitement, double the action and double the races. Wagga being the final round will conclude with SX1, SX2 & SX3 2022 Champions being crowned. Don’t delay buying tickets this event will sell out well before the event due to crowd capacity. General Event Information for FOX Australian Supercross Championship featuring Traeger Grills Australian Freestyle Motocross Championship

What is the event all about?

The fourth and Final Round of the Australian Super Cross series for 2022 featuring SX1,SX2 & SX3 classes, racing on a purpose build track at Wagga Motorcycle Sports Club.

Additional entertainment to include Freestyle Motocross Championship.


Can I buy a ticket on the day?

We strongly suggest purchasing tickets online prior to event via https://www.trybooking.com/CDDTQ (or through any “BUY TICKETS HERE” button on this page).


There will not be ticket booths located onsite, patrons wishing to purchase tickets on the day will need to scan the QR code at the entrance directing them to the online ticketing site.

Please note: Internet capacity may be heavily affected due to capacity of people at the site, so we do suggest purchasing online in advance of your arrival to ensure a ticket.  


When can you enter venue?

VIP & Silver Tickets entry from 1:30pm

General (GA) entry from 3:30pm

MAIN EVENT STARTS 5:30PM and should conclude by 8:30PM

VIP No refunds provide for changes to the program due to poor weather.  We suggest attendees dress and pack accordingly dependant on weather so they can make the most of their visit.


VIP GIFT BAG COLLECTION

VIP Ticket holders will need to present ID & ticket at VIP Gift Bag Collection Tent located next to the Entry Gate (VIP Collection valid 1:30pm-5:30pm Only)

 

FREE BUS SERVICE

Complementary bus service will run for ticket holders to and from Wagga Wagga Information Centre Tarcutta St & Cloughs Road (Wagga Speedway) Yarragundry

This service will commence from 2:30pm, last bus from venue 8:45pm


What is the events concession policy?

The following are accepted form of Concession for the purchase of seniors concession tickets: 

Seniors Concession Card: Aged (AGE).

Carers attending the event will be granted complementary entry when they present a valid carers card to ticketing staff, patrons with disability must purchase a valid ticket.


Viewing at event?

The event does not have allocated seating. The Wagga speedway viewing is on the grass hill surrounding the track. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs or picnic blankets to ensure their comfort and enjoy the best event outlook from the hill.  


Can I bring a quickshade?

Yes, Ticket holders are permitted to bring Quick Shades, but they MUST be erected behind the yellow painted line (Located at the top of the viewing mounds) NO PUBLIC QUICKSHADES PERMITTED IN FRONT OF YELLOW LINE, security will be monitoring the set up and will ask those that setup in front of the line to move.


Can I bring my own food or alcohol?

We are a family friendly event and want to create an environment for all attendees to enjoy their time.  Attendees are welcome to bring their own food, but alcohol is not permitted.  All bags will be searched by event security upon entry to the event.

 

Refund Policy?

Supercross  is an all weather event and would only be delayed in concerns of ongoing lightning. Please note additional entertainment (FMX) along with event schedule and rider line ups may change without notice.
